The Website www.egygolf.com sells golf reservation Tees-Times service “ Green Fees” online. The use of any product or service bought from this Website is at the purchaser's risk. The purchaser/ user indemnifies and holds the Provider harmless against any loss, injury or damages which may be sustained as a result of using the products/Services sold on the Website. The private information required for booking or buying a service/ product on the website such like User's personal information and credit card details, delivery address and telephone numbers will be kept in the strictest confidence by the Provider and not sold or made known to third parties. Only the necessary information such like the name or mobile number “For Example” may will be made known to the golf club where the reservation is made. Credit card details may be charged by the Provider for late cancellation and no show up fee’s deduction policy. The Provider cannot be held responsible for security breaches occurring on the User's electronic device (Personal Computer or other electronic device used to browse the Website), which may result due to the lack of adequate virus protection software or spyware that the User may inadvertently have installed on his/her device.
All online payments are processed by www.fawry.com and www.paypal.com. Card Holders may go to to these sites to view their security policies& terms and condition and sites privacy.
The provision of goods and services is subject to availability. Each golf club has their own cancellation& No show up policy which is displayed during the booking process. The provider merely acts as a booking portal to purchase a golf reservation from a 3rd party club. Any complaints regarding the standard and quality of the services/ products bought by consumers through the e-commerce facility should be directed to The Manager of the respective golf club where the reservation was made at. Alternatively, an e-mail can be sent to info@egygolf.com which will be brought to the attention of the club in question.
Provider provides certain information at the Website.
